Reply Wins Prestigious Oracle Excellence Award for Partner of the Year - EMEA in Cloud Transformation

Today Oracle awarded Riverland Reply, with its 2019 Oracle Excellence Award for Partner of the Year – EMEA in Cloud Transformation.

The Oracle Excellence Awards for Partner of the Year – EMEA recognizes Riverland Reply, in collaboration with Red Reply, for their outstanding work in driving customer success by using Oracle OCI IaaS & PaaS Services. Oracle partners accelerate innovation and customers upgrade to the cloud. From business planning and implementation, to connectivity and data center services, Oracle partners provide the support and services needed to maximize the value of Oracle Cloud solutions for customers’ organization.

Riverland Reply specializes in the Oracle technological and application stack in DACH and France and Red Reply team, focused in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Operations, have been highly successful in providing core services in the awarded project. The customer, a leading international transportation company, set the goal to move the well-established Siebel CRM solution (on-premise) - managing the complaint management and B2B Sales worldwide - to a future-proof Oracle Cloud platform. The lift and reshape project provided the opportunity to prove the team’s capabilities of migrating large amounts of data between on-premise datacenter and the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in a short period of time. Riverland Reply and Red Reply acts as the single point of contact regarding all aspects of this complex enterprise application.

The use of cutting-edge tools, such as Exadata Cloud Service, SOA as a Service and Analytics Cloud Service, integrated with the Business Intelligence Suite and additional non-Oracle Applications ensure the success of the ongoing project. Lifting the Siebel solution into an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, allowed the customer to continue using a proven CRM toolset while benefiting from cost-effectiveness and agility offered by modern cloud architecture.
