Reply participated at the 6th edition of the ABI Lab Forum, the most important annual meeting of the Consortium, in which banks and companies can meet and have detailed information on the role of ICT in the banking field.

The event aims at offering an authoritative and comprehensive update on current trends and best practices regarding information technology within the banking industry.

Reply attended both days, presenting three contributions scheduled inside Case Studies Areas in the event agenda:

• 23 March at 2.30 p.m. - section INNOVATION

• 24 March at 11.30 a.m. - sezione INNOVATION
e*Finance Consulting Reply: Potenziamento del Contact Center come canale di gestione della relazione, supporto commerciale e di vendita.

Spike Reply were also involved on 24 March, from 2.30 p.m., within the WORKSHOP - Secure Identity Management in the bank.
