Reply Consulting participated at the conference organized by Ipsoa Training School under the patronage of ANDAF (National Association of Directors of administrative and financial) on Reorganization plans to overcome the crisis.

The construction of the recovery plan is a stage as crucial as complex: fundamentals are responsibilities are managerial and financial, capacity for dialogue with investors and other stakeholders, methodological rigor and respect of existing best practices. A correct plan promises a future business and builds conditions to its realization.
