Reply Consulting and ANDAF (National Association of Administrative and Financial Directors) presented the event "Shared Service Centre: an organizational approach".

The meeting aims at illustrating a solution based on the concept of Shared Services Centre and adopted to support the "core business" in terms of process management, as a part of those strategic actions which create value by means of structure cost reduction.
