Presentation of minority slate for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors

Reply S.p.A. declares that at the deadline to present the slates for the appointment of Board of Statutory Auditors, to submit at the next Annual Shareholder’s meeting, there were no further slates presented, besides the one from Alika S.r.l., in quality of direct controller.

Consequently, Shareholders can present slates of candidates to the office of Statutory Auditor until the 18th of April under the Statute and the law 144-sexies, of the CONSOB Regulation n. 11971/1999. The minimum ownership of the voting share capital requested has been reduced to 1.25% of the shares havin voting rights in the General Meeting, undersigned at the date of presentation of the list.
