syskoplan AG, a German consultancy and application management company, leader in CRM consultancy and part of the Reply Group, has recently completed three operations aimed at strengthening Reply’s Network in Germany, in particular in the Financial Institutions and Media sectors.

The most recent transaction, completed today in Frankfurt, regards the acquisition of 100% of Xuccess Consulting GmbH, German Consultancy and System Integration company which counts many of the main financial institutions amongst its clients. Founded in 2001, Xuccess, Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, has significant experience in regulatory and institutional reporting area supporting its clientele in the implementation of new regulations introduced by Basel II.

Xuccess has 40 employees and headquarters located in Gilching, near Munich. In 2005 it recorded revenues of 7.6 million Euros with a 23% EBT margin.

The acquisition will be partly settled with cash and partly with syskoplan shares. The current management will remain involved in operations.

The starting up of discovery sysko GmbH and the acquisition of Interactiv GmbH represent, instead, an expansion of Reply’s offering on the German media and broadcaster markets.

Interactiv GmbH, whose majority of shares belongs to syskoplan since the end of 2006, is a company specialized in developing services and applications for mobile devices based on users interaction. In particular, JOCA; the mobile portal developed by Interactiv, allows TV and radio audience, newspapers readers to join contest or to purchase products via mobile and in realtime, through ant access channel. Interactive counts among its clients the leading German industrial companies, such as Deutsche Post AG, neckermann.de, Radio FFHH and Volkswagen AG.
