The Shareholders of Reply S.p.A. – a company listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana [REY.MI] – met today in Turin and announced the appointment of Mr. Claudio Bombonato to new Board Member during the Ordinary Meeting.

Born in Reggio Emilia (Italy), Mr. Bombonato, aged 61, has a considerable experience in the Financial Institutions industry and in ICT. Since 1981, he has held several positions in McKinsey: notably, he has been Director and Manager of the Commercial Banking practice in Europe.

In 2006 he was appointed to Senior Advisor of Morgan Stanley for the European Region. Presently, he is Member of the Board of Directors of SI Holding and FONSPA.
