All economic-financial indicators show a positive trend:
• Consolidated sales revenue achieved 84.3 million Euros;
• EBITDA achieved 10.7 million Euros;
• EBIT achieved 9.3 million Euros;
• Income before taxes amounted to 8.8 million Euros.
Today the Board of Directors of Reply S.p.A. – a company listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana [REY.MI] – has approved the consolidated results as at 31st March 2009.
In the first quarter of 2009, despite the very tough market conditions experienced by all the players, our Group achieved a consolidated sales revenue worth 84.3 million Euros (+9.3% compared to 2008). Consolidated EBITDA for the first three-month period amounted to 10.7 million Euros (12.7% of sales revenue) achieving a 9.3 million Euros EBIT (11% of sales revenue). The Income Before Taxes achieved 8.8 million Euros (10.5% of the sales revenue).
In the 1Q2008, Reply achieved a consolidated sales revenue worth 77.1 million Euros, achieving a 10.8 million Euros EBITDA, a 9.9 million Euros EBIT and a 9.7 million Euros Income Before Taxes.
The Net Financial Position of the Group as at 31st March 2009 shows a positive figure of 1.8 million Euros, thus reporting an increase compared to a negative figure of 18.6 million Euros as at 31st December 2008.
